Joe is the most professional real estate agent in town! He has an extremely thorough understanding of the Vegas market tends, neighborhoods, and builders. But what truly sets him apart from every other agent is that he’s honest, will not waste your time, and will do whatever it takes to close a great deal. Unlike other agents he will be brutally honest and tell his clients if a deal is a bad deal, or a house is just not what the client should buy - and explain why. Any other agent in town would just close any bad deal to pocket a quick commission, but Joe treats clients like family and will always have your back. He found us our dream home, closed it quick, and for a great price!

Joe was recommended by a friend that knew I had to find a place in Vegas while I was temporarily living in Florida. I had no idea how I was going to make this work, and it was a very stressful situation considering I had no idea about the Vegas area wither. Joe made the whole experience beyond easy for me. He asked how much I wanted to spend, what I was looking for, and knew the best areas and where to look. I found a place that I not only love, but has already appreciated dramatically (even though I plan to be here a long time.) I've already recommended him to two other friends, and he has found them both everything they were looking for. He is by far the best Realtor I've ever used.

I have used Joe with Desert City Realty as my realtor twice now. On both occasions Joe did a great job. Recently I put my home on the market and Joe was able to get a buyer for me within just a few days, he was even able to get what I was asking which was below the appraised value of the home. Although Joe did a great job in finding a buyer for my home, I ended up changing my mind last minute and decided to ultimately now sell my home for other reasons. I would 100% use Joe again when I do decide to sell my home again. Joe was professional, friendly but most importantly he is dedicated to his clients and that is just something you don't see much anymore.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I will for this amazing experience. I referred my parents to Joe to help them find a new house. He was extremely patient with them and listened to all their needs. My mom said he was honest and up front with everything, and was willing to take the time to answer any questions they had. So when I initially found Joseph, I was completely torn. My fiancé at the time was trying to convince the city girl in me to move to a house. I didn't want to sell my condo off the strip, but I didn't want to become a landlord to potentially bad renters either. It didn't make sense to keep a condo where I was paying nearly 2/3 of the cost of my mortgage to HOA. Condos are known to be harder to sell, so I wasn't expecting a fast sell, honestly didn't want a fast sell, because if I hated living in a house at the west side of town, then I knew I had somewhere to fall back to. And I had no intention to buy immediately after selling. I wanted to make sure the west side of town is where we would even want to buy in the future. Joseph was great in selling my condo. I was happy with the profit we made from only living there barely 2 yrs. Although I started looking online for houses to buy, I knew we wouldn't be serious about it until my husband got his big deal done with his firm. And when that happened, Joseph was amazing. He was super accommodating with our schedules and in helping us see the houses we were interested in viewing. What I really like about Joseph is his honesty. He will tell you like it is and not sugar coat anything. He is very hardworking and responds to questions quickly. I am extremely happy with all that Joseph has done to help us find our current home. Although I love our home, I already know, this is not our forever home. We will stay for maybe 5 or more years, but definitely not forever. And in the future, you bet I'll be calling Joseph again to help us out.

Joe was awesome to work with and sold my condo in Henderson in less than 4 hours for asking price. He was informative and easy to reach every step of the way. By far, however, his best attribute is his patience. He took the time to explain the market trends over the past nine years while I decided what to do with my investment property.
